🐞 Local Fun Fact
Addison has a street named after the Chicago Blackhawks legend Bobby Hull because he was a long-time resident of the village. In fact, he lived on Byron Avenue for roughly 10 years (from about 1963 to 1971) during the height of his career with the Blackhawks.
In honor of his time as a local resident and his status as a sports icon, the Village of Addison officially renamed that section of Byron Avenue to "Bobby Hull Lane."
